Sand bags and beam construction

Base is begining to be packed under where the concrete will be poured.

This is the Gator garage. It is bagged and the drains are installed behind it.

This is the building up of the terrace level.

This is the slab drain that will be behind the concrete wall at game room and cave.

This is a picture of the area where the game room and the stairs meet. The slab drain is behind where the concrete wall will be. The pipe sloped down from above is the drain from the main floor.

This is the beam being formed at the rear of the house. A beam is solid concrete and in this case will extend to the existing grade. The beam is formed, steel added, and then poured.

This is the beam at the rear porch.

This is the bedding of the utility area pipes.
